UK and International Returns Policy

We are committed to offering you the best quality items available. If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have received you may return the item to us, at your cost, within 28 days of purchase. 

It is advised that you return the items using a signature on receipt service, and we take no responsibility for damage or loss of the items during transit to us.

With the item must be the following:


  • Your Full Name
  • Your order number / receipt TID number
  • An explanation for reason of return


Condition

The items being returned must be unused and with original tags and labels in order for us to issue a full refund. We will not refund the items without your order number / receipt TID number. Refunds will not be given in advance of receipt of items.


All sales final after 28 days.

Any items returned to us after 28 days will not be refunded.


Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within 28 days of purchase. The items must be returned to us, at your cost.

It is advised that you return the items using a signature on receipt service, and we take no responsibility for damage or loss of the items during transit to us.

If the item arrives damaged to you, you must inform us within 48 hours of its condition via our email address, info@kamsupplies.co.uk. Please include pictures of the damaged item.

In the case of damage on receipt by yourself, the purchaser, we will endeavour to replace your item with a like for like, however in the event we are unable to replace we will offer you a similar item or a credit note that can be used in our store or online.

When exchanging an item, please provide following the requirements at the top of the policy, including what you wish to be exchanged. An appropriate postage charge will be applied in order to return the item to yourself.


Receipts

Please include proof of purchase with any returns or exchanges, without this we are unable to process your request.


Warranties

We offer a 6 month guarantee on all products sold for workmanship and quality, based on customer fair wear and tear. All goods should be returned to us clean and laundered with a note explaining faults on goods with copy of receipt.

Some of our items offer a varying time warranty. If the item becomes damaged during the valid warranty period but outside of KAM Supplies guarantee, please contact us and we will be able to advice on the course of action required to be taken by yourself. You may contact us at info@kamsupplies.co.uk.

You must keep you receipt in order to maintain the validity of the guarantee/warranty. A copy of bank/credit card statement is acceptable.


Exclusions to Guarantee and Warranty

          Goods altered by the customer

          Specially personalized goods

          Climbing equipment

          Gas products

          Items misused or abused

          Any soiled goods

          Zips, buckles, straps and buttons.

If goods are found to be faulty on our inspection we will offer a free replacement or credit note, and refund all reasonable postage costs incurred by customer. International customers we will refund postage up to the cost of no more than original shipping charges. We are not liable for any import duties on any order or return.


Goods and Description.

We describe the goods to the best of our ability, we in no way set out to mislead the customer. Typographical or omission errors may occur in prices, descriptive copy or photography. We reserve the right to correct these errors or withdraw the offer. Specifications, colour's, legal restrictions, prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. It may be necessary to substitute an item with a product of equal or better value that varies from our catalogue description.


Buyers Statement

KAM Supplies does not in any way, warrant that you the buyer, can lawfully purchase, posses, carry, use any item which you may order, under any applicable UK, International and/or local laws, that you are of the legal age to purchase these items and that you are not under any legal disability which would in any way effect your ability to lawfully purchase.

Please write a brief note explaining the goods are unsuitable. Provided the goods are unused and with original tags and labels, we will refund cost of goods. We will not refund goods without receipts.
